Christmas Eve Dinner, December 24, 2011

Viognier will offer a special Christmas Eve five course tasting menu as well as our full seasonal menu. Christmas Eve service from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. Reservation required. Viognier will be closed Christmas Day.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
chestnut, crispy shallot, greek yogurt, vanilla

Seared Diver Scallops
shiitake, cauliflower, fennel, brown sugar bacon, curried parsnip

Slow Cooked Pork Belly
brussel sprouts, spiced peanuts, harissa honey

Seared Venison Loin,
swiss chard, carrot, truffle jus
